Yoga Therapy offers a method of self-reflection while building inner resources to overcome obstacles to personal growth, or physical pain. One can receive a single session or a series of sessions in this modality.
A session may include centering meditation, supported physical postures/asana, breathing, dialogue, integration meditation, and hands-on support.
Susan draws on her training in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, therapeutic application of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, Polarity Therapy and massage therapy to create a supportive, creative, healing, learning environment for each client.
